Anna Valuev - Chief Of Staff
Past Life:
Anna brings a wealth of experience in strategic consulting, academic research, program management, and government innovation. She began her career at EY-Parthenon, advising education clients, including nonprofits, universities, and ed-tech investors. Later, as Deputy Director of an innovation program within the U.S. Census Bureau, she collaborated with federal agencies, tech companies, universities, and non-profit organizations to develop data-driven digital products addressing national challenges in education, healthcare, and sustainability. In this role, Anna also launched a university program, which enables over 80 students, annually, particularly those from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Hispanic Serving Institutes (HSIs), to gain project-based, digital skills.
Anna holds an A.B. in Government from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Anna loves working with a passionate team to create innovative solutions that enhance educational, economic, and health opportunities in Boston. She is passionate about partnering with government, educational institutions, and community organizations to collaboratively and creatively solve challenges.
Personal:
Anna and her partner Matt, who also works in philanthropy, live in Cambridge. She loves to travel, be outdoors, take yoga and pilates classes, read, and cook.
